Sleep Inn Franklin - Cool Springs

Upon check-in I found out that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The included breakfast was pretty standard. And the location was close to restaurants and most of my needs.

Super clean, I cannot express enough how clean the room and hotel are! Staff is helpful, hardworking, and pleasant. Breakfast has healthy options and is plentiful. Our request for early check in was accommodated. The hotel is on a main road with easy access to name brand stores and restaurants.

Most hotel beds fall into the category of marshmallow beds where you sink in and then can’t move. This bed was absolutely perfect. It wasn’t rock hard but it also didn’t try to swallow me whole. The breakfast was all things considered pretty good and the staff was also amazing. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The front desks were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was nice, the food was always stocked, fresh fruit was always available.
